Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the TCG Paper Ticket System, operated by TCG Paper Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The system provides customer-service tickets, order-related updates, and tools for authorized staff to process orders and prepare custom artwork for printing.

Customer support and ticket access

Use the system for legitimate questions and requests about your orders. Provide accurate contact and order information so we can identify and respond to your request. Access only your own tickets or tickets you are authorized to manage. Keep private ticket links and access keys confidential because they may allow access to your ticket information.

Submitting a ticket records a request for review. It does not by itself confirm an address change, cancellation, replacement, refund, or other order modification. Such requests depend on the order’s processing status and our confirmation. Follow the shipping and processing notices shown when submitting your request.

Authorized staff tools and Google Drive

Administrative functions are restricted to authorized personnel. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another person’s information, interfere with the service, or use automated requests to extract private records.

The Google Drive integration is authorized by a business account owner or operator and is used to locate and upload production artwork for ordered custom designs in the configured business folder. Customers are not required to connect personal Google accounts. The account owner can revoke access through Google Account settings. Revoking access may interrupt design synchronization and does not automatically remove previously stored files.

Information and artwork you provide

Submit only information and files that you have permission to provide. Do not submit unlawful, malicious, or infringing content, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your support request.

You retain any rights you hold in submitted artwork. By supplying artwork for an order or support request, you authorize us and the service providers involved in fulfillment to store, reproduce, transfer, and process it as needed to produce your requested products, handle support, and manage associated business records. This does not transfer ownership of your artwork to us.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information handled by the ticket system, its Google Drive integration, storage and disclosure, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Availability and order information

We work to keep the system available and its information accurate, but availability and displayed information may be affected by maintenance, software errors, or third-party service interruptions. Contact tcgpaper@gmail.com if the ticket system is unavailable or you believe an update is incorrect.

These terms apply to the ticket system. They do not replace the purchase, shipping, return, or payment terms that apply to an order through the store or marketplace where it was placed, and do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Misuse and changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, unauthorized access, security threats, or legal requirements. We may update these terms as the service changes; the current version and effective date will appear on this page.
