TCG Paper Ticket System

The TCG Paper Ticket System is a customer-service and order-processing tool operated by TCG Paper Inc.. It helps authorized staff manage orders, support requests, packing and shipping tasks, and customer-submitted artwork used to produce custom printed products.

Why the system connects to Google Drive

An authorized business account connects Google Drive so staff can prepare ordered custom designs for printing. The system checks the configured business Drive folder for design files and uploads missing production artwork from TCG Paper’s design storage. Files are identified by design codes, such as CB000042.png, to associate the artwork with the corresponding order.

The Google connection is used for business order fulfillment. Customers do not need to connect their personal Google accounts or grant access to their own Google Drive to place an order or receive support.

Access and privacy

Order-processing tools require authorized access. This information page and the privacy policy are publicly available and do not display customer orders, artwork, or account credentials.
